The FLD-Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer (70–75% Zinc Content) is a premium, two-component, high-solids epoxy primer formulated with an exceptionally high concentration of zinc dust – 70–75% by weight in the dry film. This high-end zinc content delivers maximum cathodic protection for ferrous metal substrates, providing superior sacrificial protection against rust and corrosion even in the most aggressive environments. When the coating is scratched or damaged, the high zinc concentration ensures continuous electrochemical protection, preventing underfilm corrosion and rust creep.
