The FLD-Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer (50–60% Zinc Content) is a two-component, high-performance epoxy primer formulated with 50–60% zinc dust by weight in the dry film. This medium-high zinc content strikes an optimal balance between excellent cathodic protection and cost-effectiveness. It provides robust sacrificial protection against rust and corrosion for ferrous metal substrates in moderately aggressive to harsh environments. The primer offers outstanding adhesion to blast-cleaned steel, excellent barrier properties, and compatibility with a wide range of industrial topcoats.
