The FLD-Epoxy Abrasion-Resistant Coating (Solvent-Free) is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy coating engineered to deliver maximum abrasion and impact resistance without any volatile organic compounds. This high-performance coating cures to an extremely tough, thick film that withstands severe mechanical wear, including forklift traffic, dragged steel equipment, and continuous heavy rolling loads. The solvent-free formulation eliminates shrinkage, pinholes, and odor, while providing exceptional chemical resistance and adhesion. Ideal for environmentally sensitive or enclosed areas where solvent emissions are restricted.
