Description

The FLD-Epoxy Abrasion-Resistant Coating (Pressure Steel Pipes) is a two-component, high-performance epoxy coating specifically formulated to protect the internal and external surfaces of pressure steel pipes from abrasion, erosion, and corrosion. This coating is engineered to withstand high-velocity flow of abrasive slurries, sand, gravel, and other particulates commonly transported through industrial pipelines. The tough, smooth surface minimizes friction loss while providing exceptional resistance to wear, impact, and chemical attack. It also offers excellent adhesion to blast-cleaned steel and maintains integrity under cyclic pressure and temperature variations.
