High Temperature Resistant Anti-Corrosion Coating for Waste Incineration Flue Pipes

Waste incineration plant flue pipes work under long-term high temperature mixed acid gas erosion (sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride). Conventional epoxy coating fails rapidly under high temperature acid medium, causing frequent pipeline leakage and shutdown maintenance.

FLDC OM-5 series high-temperature resistant anti-corrosion coating is designed exclusively for waste incineration flue pipelines, stable continuous working temperature up to 250℃, strong resistance to acidic flue gas corrosion.

Complete flue pipe coating system:

  1. OM-5 Anti-Corrosion Primer (Heat Resistant 250℃)
  2. OM-5 Anti-Corrosion Intermediate Coat
  3. OM-5 Heat Resistant Topcoat Core Advantages: ✅ Stable performance under 250℃ long continuous high temperature ✅ Resist SO₂, HCl acidic flue gas long-term erosion ✅ Good thermal shock resistance, temperature fluctuation no cracking ✅ Strong adhesion on high-temp carbon steel pipe ✅ Special formula for waste power plant flue engineering

Our high-temperature flue coating has been applied in dozens of waste incineration power plants. Contact technical team for flue lining construction guide.
