Steel bridges in coastal and industrial areas suffer from salt spray, rainwater and ultraviolet radiation, leading to rusting, peeling and structural aging. Our bridge anti-corrosion coating system consists of zinc-rich primer, epoxy intermediate coat and aliphatic polyurethane topcoat.
The whole system delivers cathodic protection, barrier anti-corrosion and UV aging resistance. It maintains stable performance under alternating wet and dry environment, effectively delaying steel rusting. Suitable for highway bridges, pedestrian steel bridges and viaduct steel structures.
The coating is easy for large-area construction, with stable color retention. We offer customized coating schemes according to local corrosion classification C3/C4/C5.
