OM-5 High Temperature Anti-Corrosion Paint for Petrochemical Furnace Pipes | FLDC Heat Resistant Coating

Petrochemical heating furnace pipelines run under long-term 180–250℃ high temperature, mixed sulfur dioxide flue gas and thermal shock. Conventional ordinary epoxy coating will crack and lose anti-corrosion performance within 1–2 years under high-temperature acid gas environment.

FLDC independent developed OM-5 full set high-temperature anti-corrosion coating for furnace outer wall and flue pipelines of refineries and chemical plants.

Complete three-layer high-temperature system:

  1. OM-5 high-temperature anti-rust primer (250℃ resistant)
  2. OM-5 heat-resistant intermediate coating, anti-sulfur medium
  3. OM-5 weatherable topcoat for furnace exterior Core Advantages: ✅ Stable performance under continuous 250℃ long-term working condition ✅ Resist sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide acidic flue gas corrosion ✅ Good thermal shock resistance, frequent temperature change no cracking or peeling ✅ Strong adhesion on high-temperature carbon steel furnace pipe ✅ National standard product, pass petrochemical medium aging test We supply matched OM-5 coating for domestic and overseas refinery transformation projects.
